DESIGNER / MANAGER
Position Overview
REPRACTICE is seeking a designer with 5-10 years of technical experience to take advantage of a unique opportunity to manage small projects and grow a design/build and CLT prefabrication process. We’re interested in hearing from anyone talented and self-motivated with experience across all phases of architectural services or someone who simply has the drive and is eager to learn. The ideal candidate will be interested in small firm development, growing the firm long-term and contributing to all facets of the operation, from project management to marketing. At this time, we engage in remote work and in-person collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Pre-design, Programming and Client relations
- Schematic Design and Design Development
- Construction Documents
- Construction Administration
- Finishes Selection and Schedules
- 3D Renderings
- Conference calls and meetings with clients, engineers, vendors, and general contractors
- Firm representation at networking events and business development opportunities
Skills & Abilities
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient in Adobe Design Software
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Proficient in 3d rendering/visualization software
- Strong ability in Revit
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to multitask and balance multiple projects
Work Experience
- At least 5-10 years of technical work experience but all ambitious candidates are encouraged to apply
Formal Education
- Bachelor degree in Architecture or related field
- Licensed Architect not required
